I have been a civil engineer for twenty years and have mainly worked in the field of transport, with operational, technical or institutional responsibilities, for the State or its operators, with a very transversal career path.
After starting my career in civil aviation and its various operational professions (Air France, Aéroports de Paris, DGAC/air navigation), and then a period in a ministerial cabinet, I joined the DGITM (Ministry of Transport) in 2011 to set up and manage the organising authority of the regional balance trains (DGITM), in liaison with the SNCF and the various regional organising authorities in particular.
I was then entrusted with the responsibility of the Investigations Department at the BEA (Bureau of Investigation and Analysis for Civil Aviation Safety) from 2014 to 2019, a period marked by several air disasters requiring strong cooperation between institutions and industry, with European and international partners.
Finally, I joined the CGDD (General Commission for Sustainable Development, MTECT) in 2019 as the interministerial coordinator for the Galileo and EGNOS programs. These functions lead me to support on a daily basis the President of CNES, Mr. Philippe BAPTISTE, in this interministerial function, at the convergence of European satellite navigation programs, industrial developments and satellite navigation applications for civil or governmental needs.
