He is an engineer in Microelectronics and Industrial Computing, graduated from SUP DE CO and has a Specialized Master in Marketing from ESC Toulouse. He joined Matra Communication in 1987, then Thales Communication in 1994 to participate in the implementation of the first contactless electronic toll systems in France. Within GUIDE-GNSS, in 2012, he coordinated the approval campaigns of the collection chains for the ECOTAXE project. This experience will lead him to experiment and develop a new metrology solution. This test laboratory is one of the two accredited in Europe as of today.
